Amazing everything at Arch Orthodontics! Dr. Hong is brilliant. Everyone that works there is personable and professional. The office is bright and clean. It can get really busy in there, but I never had to wait long at all. I originally wanted metal braces, but the Angel Aligners were so easy to wear and change every two weeks. The function and appearance of my teeth are much improved. I went into this process hating getting my teeth worked on, but Arch Orthodontics, Dr. Hong and her staff made it a seamless process. I was really nervous about getting aligners for the first time ever as an adult, but everyone at the office is super nice and responsive. They also have the cutest dog there. My daughter was under the care of Arch Orthodontics for helping with a problem that developed after her initial braces. Dr. Hong and her assistants were wonderful. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Dr. Hong ensured that my daughter was well-cared for, changing her orthodontic strategy when my daughter’s teeth were not responding.
