I was really nervous about getting aligners for the first time ever as an adult, but everyone at the office is super nice and responsive. They also have the cutest dog there. My daughter was under the care of Arch Orthodontics for helping with a problem that developed after her initial braces. Dr. Hong and her assistants were wonderful. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Dr. Hong ensured that my daughter was well-cared for, changing her orthodontic strategy when my daughter’s teeth were not responding.
